CTG has over twenty years built a reputation for delivering carrier grade innovative and robust solutions to the general telecommunications market. Telecoms solutions have operated in areas with hostile environmental infrastructures reliably and at high volumes, for example WorldCALL in Pakistan at their peak had a throughput of around 14 million minutes a month from their 3600 port distributed IVR network.
Our Telecoms solutions are based on in house developed technology called "Soft Call" and this is made possible by our company's strong, technically skilled staff, who have both wide-ranging and deep knowledge of the technology appropriate to the accelerating convergence of telecoms, multi media and broadcast.
