Company News: CTG & Open Source 28th May 2011

As a long term user and supporter of Open Source software, we are perhaps more aware than most companies of the benefits and the challenges of the growing usage of open source software. Our employees have long contributed on a personal basis towards various open source projects, and as a company we feel the time is right to release some of our technology under an open source licence. We expect the first project to be released will be related to our video work, allowing anyone to embed their own video server into websites and display high definition videos from files or live streams.

The benefit to CTG of this move will be, we anticipate, both bringing our technology to a wider audience and - as a commercial company long known for its technological strength - generating new sales opportunities for our products and services.

Announcement: CTG Fundraising closed 30th June 2010

The Company wishes to announce that the current round of fundraising at 10.57p per share has now closed. The number of shares subscribed for did not meet our target; and importantly the company had a number of shareholders expressing a desire to sell their existing shares at a value lower than the subscription price.

As a result, the Directors felt it inappropriate to accept offers at the subscription price without making those shareholders who have subscribed aware that other shareholders wish to sell at a lower price. We will therefore be returning cheques uncashed to those who subscribed, along with a copy of this note, and suggest that if they wish to acquire additional shares in the Company we will put them in touch with those shareholders who do wish to sell.

Asthe Company still requires funding to commercialise its latest offerings, the Directors will now pursue other avenues, including but not limited to a private placing. We therefore invite anyone interested in participating to contact Adrian Stiff whose details appear below.

CTG forms Sales partnership with TTA Group

CTG have entered into a formal agreement with The Technology Alliance Group (TTA). Under the agreement TTA will provide CTG with additional sales resources and will focus on selling CTG's streaming technology to both new and existing clients. Initial emphasis will be on selling via portal sites, in particular through the Command Sport website.

The Technology Alliance is a group of independent sales specialists who will work with CTG to generate business growth from new customers and markets. TTA work on a results basis which removes the risks associated with recruiting, training, managing and retaining sales resources. TTA are not consultants or advisors, rather TTA seek to share only in the successes they help CTG to achieve.

TTA has acquired decades of collective experience and success in developing, driving and closing technology sales. This experience includes sales successes across hardware, software and services environments into both large and medium sized enterprises. TTA is familiar with both public and private sector organisations and boast an enviable network across both.
